SUV crashes into backyard pool at home in Nassau County

HEWLETT, Long Island (WABC) -- Authorities are on the scene after a vehicle crashed into a backyard pool in Hewlett on Friday.

NewsCopter 7 was over the scene in Nassau County where the white SUV could be seen submerged in the pool off Elinor Road.

It appears the vehicle knocked over a fence and plants.

Investigators are on the scene, but there is no word yet on what caused the crash.
