Watch as seagull flies away with GoPro camera in this funny video

Many GoPro owners use their cameras to film scenic shots of animals and nature. But a seagull made the jump from film subject to filmmaker after flying away with a camera.

Published on Sept. 30, the video above features a seagull curiously walking towards a GoPro camera resting on the edge of a wall. When the bird is finally close enough, it picks up the camera and flies away, capturing a breathtaking view of the landscape and water below.

After a few seconds, the seagull finally returns with the camera before its rightful owners reclaim the device. The funny video has received over 200,000 views on YouTube.

"If a seagull steals my GoPro he would probably turn it off and the camera would fall," wrote one YouTube user.
