The New York Rangers avoided arbitration with Ryan Lindgren, 26, on Tuesday, signing the hard-nosed defenseman to a one-year contract and giving them a chance to keep the veteran reunited on the club's top line with 2021 Norris Trophy winner Adam Fox.
