Hundreds of people gathered at MacArthur Airport in /*Ronkonkoma*/ to welcome home Marine Lance Corporal William Fitzpatrick.
He just returned from deployment in undisclosed locations and was the honoree at the third annual "Hometown Hero's Welcome" ceremony where he was awarded a special citation.
Fitzpatrick enlisted after graduating from /*Bellport*/ High School.
This was his second deployment in less than 18 months.
