SMYRNA, Del. -- A man and a woman have been arrested in Delaware for selling alcoholic beverages on social media.

WDEL-FM reports that Delaware Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement agents arrested 27-year-old Eric Perez and 32-year-old April Bailey for selling alcohol without a license after receiving a tip that the two were peddling mixed drinks on Facebook.

A DATE agent made contact with Perez, who was using the alias "Joseph Jackson," through Facebook and conducted an undercover operation.

The duo has also been charged with storing alcohol in a residence with intent to sell it and illegally transporting alcohol.
