• $3.6-million/10 years

Findlay bond issue:

• Property tax levy
• 4.4 mills
• $135.00 a year

The annual Diamante Awards consists of Bowling Green State University, Lourdes College, Owens Community College and The University of Toledo and celebrates the Hispanic community in the Toledo area. Thirty scholarships will be handed out this year.
