14-year-old accused of sexually assaulting 33-year-old woman in Brooklyn

EAST FLATBUSH, Brooklyn (WABC) -- A 14-year-old is under arrest in a sex assault that took place last week in Brooklyn.

Police say Keyvonte Davis, of Westchester, is the person who was seen on surveillance video at a subway station in East Flatbush.

He was caught on camera shortly after a 33-year-old woman was sexually assaulted and robbed as she was entering her Newkirk Avenue apartment building.

He is charged with two counts of robbery, strangulation, burglary, grand larceny, criminal sex act, sex abuse, criminal obstruction breathing, sexual misconduct, petit larceny, sexual contact, criminal trespass and theft of service.
