EAST HARLEM (WABC) -- A suspect is under arrest for allegedly attacking a 22-year-old woman in a hallway, throwing her to the ground and making off with her cell phone.
24-year-old Bryan Hogan is under arrest and facing several charges including robbery.
The incident happened just before 6:30 p.m. Thursday in a building in East Harlem.

Police say they suspect Hogan first preyed upon the victim, followed her home, and then violently attacked her.
"When I saw the video and how horrific it actually was," a neighbor said in disbelief.
Horrific, vicious, and senseless are just a few ways neighbors describe the violent attack of a young woman captured on surveillance video inside this East Harlem building.
"Oh my God," a resident said, "It is pretty violent, I saw when the guy threw her, pulled her off the steps."
You can watch as the perfect stranger follows the young woman inside past a secure door, but not past these camera posted along the wall.
He first confronts the woman on the stairs where a violent struggle over her purse leads to her being dragged into the front hallway.
The victim is then slammed to the ground several times before the suspect manages to snatch her phone and run away.
Joey Bond says his partner discovered the young woman lying in the hallway moments later.
"He said he just walked in and saw a girl crying on the floor and apparently someone made off with her phone grabbed her bag," Bond said. "She was just really shook up and he was happy that she was safe that he didn't take a knife or gun out on her."
"I feel very sorry for the woman. Our neighbors are pretty nice and I just feel really bad for her," another resident said.
