NEW YORK (WABC) -- The NYPD is trying to determine who changed Wikipedia entries about black men killed by police officers.

A report found that details about the deaths of Eric Garner, Sean Bell and Amadou Diallo have been altered on the website.

Investigators traced the changes to the computer network at 1 Police Plaza.

NYPD officials have now confirmed the alterations were made by someone using the department's IP address.

However, they say it was not done with computers at police headquarters.
