Firefighters battle 5-alarm fire at building in the Bronx

SOUNDVIEW, Bronx (WABC) -- Firefighters battled a 5-alarm fire in the Bronx on Sunday afternoon

The fire broke out on 1486 Watson Avenue in the Soundview section.

The fire started on the top floor of a residential building, the FDNY said.

The smoke from the fire was so intense, the Health Department warned people in the area to close their windows and limit outdoor activity.
