Watch the NBA Finals between the Knicks and Spurs on ABC 7

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Game 3 of the NBA Finals between the Knicks and the Spurs is underway at Madison Square Garden.
The Knicks are two wins from their first championship since 1973, and it seems everyone in the city wants the chance to see it. Even President Donald Trump was on hand for the game along with fans who paid exorbitant prices and endured lengthy lines to get in.
A sea of blue-and-orange Knicks jerseys filled the streets around Madison Square Garden on Monday evening as thousands of fans crowded into lines that stretched for blocks around the arena and Penn Station.
The queues wrapped around corners and spilled onto sidewalks, with fans slowly inching toward entrances to check tickets, take photos, and soak in the atmosphere ahead of the Knicks' first NBA Finals home game in 27 years.
The Knicks lead the series 2-0. No team has recovered to win the championship after losing the first two games of the NBA Finals at home, and no team in the 80-year history of the league has won any series after falling behind 3-0.

Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch warned Knicks fans on Friday afternoon: "do not be the one who ruins it going forward for everyone else. Remember, cops are Knicks fans too."
"We will have no tolerance for violence, particularly violence against police officers, destruction of property, climbing on light poles or structures, blocking emergency vehicles, or any other chaotic behavior that puts people at risk," she said. "Damaging property or acting like the rules do not apply to you is not the flex you think it is. It is an arrest, it is a bill for the damage, and it is a fast way to end the night badly."
Her remarks come after multiple fans were caught climbing on top of an ambulance as it passed Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night.
Two of the fans were on the ambulance's roof, waving a Knicks flag. Others were climbing onto the ambulance, stopped in the crowd
A third punched an NYPD police chief in the face.
