Man tries to help woman being harassed but then becomes victim

NEW YORK (WABC) -- A man stepped into to help a woman being harassed in Lower Manhattan and her attackers turned on him!

Police released photographs of one of the suspects.

They say he and another man assaulted and robbed a 27-year-old man last week at the corner of Broad and Stone streets.

The victim saw the suspects harassing a woman.

The woman was able to escape.
