NEW YORK (WABC) -- Power issues are delaying Hudson, Harlem and New Haven lines in and out of Grand Central Terminal.

Officials say there was a power outage at a substation near Grand Central, and power has been restored.

But as a result, there are residual delays of a half hour.

At the time of the power outage, there were several trains that were stopped. They had power, but the terminal did not, so they were held.

They are all on the move again.

There were no evacuations.
