Police need help identifying woman found injured on Manhattan's West Side

WEST SIDE (WABC) -- Police are asking for help identifying a woman who was found injured in Manhattan.

Police say the woman was found lying on the ground on 11th Avenue near 43rd Street on the West Side. She was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

The woman does not speak, or respond to verbal cues.
