New Jersey firefighter accused of possessing, distributing child porn

LYNDHURST, New Jersey (WABC) -- A New Jersey firefighter is under arrest, accused of possessing and distributing child porn.

Authorities arrested 49-year-old Christopher Todd of Lyndhurst on Thursday after a months-long investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.

Investigators say Todd viewed and shared inappropriate images of children on the internet.

Authorities booked him at the Bergen County Jail, pending a court appearance in September.
