NEWARK -- It is a rough ride back to work for commuters who take New Jersey Transit trains.

There are delays of up to 30 minutes Monday on the Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast, Raritan Valley, Morris & Essex and Montclair-Boonton lines.

NJ Transit says there is a problem with the Portal Bridge, which had an opening.
