Police search for man accused of hitting NYPD officer with ATV in the Bronx

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police are searching for a man accused of hitting a police officer with his ATV in the Bronx.

Investigators released a picture of the suspect, 44-year old George Fabian.

He is accused of hitting the on-duty officer Saturday night on Hunts Point Avenue before taking off.

The officer was taken to the hospital and released after being treated for cuts on his arms and back.
