WAGONER, Okla. -- An Oklahoma high school teacher was arrested on her first day on the job after allegedly appearing at school drunk and without wearing pants.
Lorie Hill was arrested Monday on suspicion of public intoxication. Teachers say they walked in to a classroom to find Hill intoxicated and partially dressed, though no students were present.
"When our officers interviewed her, she did admit to having some vodka yesterday morning before coming to school," Wagoner, Okla. police Chief Bob Haley said.
Hill will miss at least her first week of school. Classes do not begin until Thursday.
