Amtrak service restored between New York Penn Station and New Haven

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Amtrak service is restored between New York Penn Station and New Haven, Connecticut after a loss of overhead power on Wednesday night.

Amtrak said services between the two locations had been canceled for the remainder of Wednesday night.
