Bayonne set to face off against Iowa in Little League World Series Sunday at 1 p.m. on ABC
WILLIAMSPORT, Pennsylvania (WABC) -- The team from Bayonne is set to take on Davenport, Iowa in the Little League World Series on Sunday at 1 p.m. on ABC.
The boys from Bayonne are coming off of a commanding 3-1 win over East Side Little League from West Chester, Pennsylvania on Friday night.
A win on Sunday would put them just one more win away from playing in the U.S. Championship Game.
Even with a loss they would still have a chance to make it.
Residents of the Hudson County city have rallied around the boys and are buzzing with excitement with many watch parties set to be held around the city.
