Bayonne goes for another win in next game of Little League World Series
WILLIAMSPORT, Pennsylvania (WABC) -- Bayonne returns to the baseball diamond Friday in Pennsylvania, hoping to catch another win in the Little League World Series.
The team is on a historic run with this trip marking the first time Bayonne has reached the classic.
They won their first game Wednesday night.
The Bayonne's home baseball field is showing the town's pride with the team's mantra in the outfield with "Bayonne Versus Everyone" written in the grass.
The team takes on West Chester, Pennsylvania on Friday night and the stands in Williamsport will be even more packed with locals cheering on the New Jersey team.
You can watch the Little Leaguers play at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
