NYPD investigating stabbing death of woman on City Island

BRONX (WABC) -- A 30-year-old woman has died after she was stabbed on City Island on Wednesday night, police said.
Police said the woman's boyfriend, who was stabbed in the arm, drove them to a hospital in New Rochelle, where she was pronounced dead.
The boyfriend told police it happened near Park Drive and City Island Road around 8 p.m.
It's not clear what led to the stabbing.
Investigators are talking to the boyfriend to try to figure out how the incident unfolded.
