Bruno Mars announces 1st tour in nearly a decade is coming to MetLife Stadium

NEW JERSEY (WABC) -- Just days after announcing his new album, multi-Grammy winning superstar Bruno Mars dropped the first single at midnight Friday and announced a new global stadium tour.

The new single called "I Just Might" is from the upcoming album "The Romantic," which is set to be released on Feb. 27.

And for the first time in nearly ten years, Mars is heading back on tour.

He announced he will perform at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey as well as stops in Pennsylvania in August and September.

Mars will play shows at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Aug. 21 and 22, Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Aug. 29 and Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia on Sept. 1.

The tour begins April 10 in Las Vegas. Mars will be featuring openers Victoria Monét, RAYE, Leon Thomas and Anderson .Paak.
