Coney Island shooting leaves 5 people injured, including 1 in critical condition

CONEY ISLAND, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police are investigating after five people were shot in Coney Island on Saturday.

Officers responded to 2929 West 31stSt. just after 10:30 p.m. for reports of multiple people shot.

When officers arrived, they found five victims with gunshot wounds and transported all of them to area hospitals.

Four victims are expected to recover, and one victim is listed in critical condition.

There are no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
