'Creative Cups' bras auctioned off to raise money to fight breast cancer

GARDEN CITY (WABC) -- On Long Island Thursday night, there was a display of some finely-decorated lingerie.

These bras aren't just for show, they're also saving lives.

Breast cancer survivors designed original works of art using bras for the "Creative Cups" project.

The bras were auctioned off at Adelphi University to raise awareness and funds in the fight against breast cancer.

All of the money raised goes toward the Adelphi Breast Cancer Hotline and Support Program.
