Early voting begins Saturday: What you need to know for New York's primary election

NEW YORK CITY (WABC) -- Between the Knicks' historic NBA Finals run and the World Cup matches, it's easy to forget about the upcoming primary election in New York City.

Early voting kicks off Saturday and will run until June 21.

According to the New York State Board of Elections, voters may visit any of their assigned Early Voting Centers in their county, except New York City where voters are assigned to one early voting site.

Early voting for the general election will occur from October 24 to November 1, 2026.
