Brooklyn, Queens ATM theft caught on camera

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police are searching for a man caught on surveillance video using a cloned bank card to steal money from an ATM, and authorities believe he has struck several times.


The video shows the suspect inside a Rite Aid in Woodside, Queens, just before 3 p.m. on March 28.

The man allegedly withdrew $400, as well as an additional $900 from other locations in the vicinity.

Investigators say the same man also used stolen information at a money machine at the Pizzeria Deli on Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, on March 29.

The suspect removed approximately $200 from that ATM, as well as an additional $1,400 from other locations in the vicinity.
