Man shot to death in basement of Fordham restaurant; gunmen sought
FORDHAM, Bronx (WABC) -- A man was shot and killed inside the basement of a restaurant in the Bronx early Thursday morning, police said.
The victim was shot in the head inside the basement of the M Lounge Restaurant at 2362 Jerome Ave. in the Fordham section just after 4:25 a.m. He was then brought outside to the sidewalk, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said the suspects fled on foot following the shooting. Investigators are searching for two men believed to have been involved. No arrests have been made.
The investigation is ongoing.
