New York City icon Carnegie Deli teases return to Midtown Manhattan in social media post
MIDTOWN, Manhattan (WABC) -- A New York City icon may be back open for business soon.
Carnegie Deli shared a video on social media this week teasing the possible return of the restaurant in Midtown.
"The sign is up. The secret is out. Carnegie Deli is coming soon to Midtown Manhattan," the post said.
It's not clear if the reopening will be permanent or just a pop-up experience for diehard fans.
The original deli closed its doors after nearly 80 years in business back in 2016.
