FOREST HILLS, Queens (WABC) -- On Sunday and Monday, Forest Hills residents started noticing swastikas spray painted around their community -- on a car, various homes, a daycare and a synagogue.

Police have released surveillance video of their suspects, who are wanted for multiple hate crime criminal mischief incidents.

The video shows what appears to be four young people walking on the sidewalk.

On Sunday, a man found a swastika painted on the rear passenger side of his car.

The next day, multiple incidents were reported to the NYPD.

In total, reports show that five locations were targeted, including Congregation Machane Chodosh in Forest Hills and the Rego Park Jewish Center.

These incidents are being investigated by the NYPD's Hate Crime Task Force.

Mayor Zohran Mamdani condemned the incidents as antisemitic hate crimes.

"This is not just vandalism -- it is a deliberate act of antisemitic hatred meant to instill fear," he said. "There is no place for antisemitism in Queens or anywhere in our city."

This comes less than four months after dozens of swastikas were discovered in a Brooklyn playground. Two teenagers were arrested on hate crimes charges.

As for these incidents earlier this week, no arrests have been made yet.
