Young boy with autism gifted with new dog

NEW JERSEY (WABC) -- A young boy with special needs met his new friend in New Jersey.

4-year-old Ethan has autism, which has led to some dangerous moments for his parents in his short lifetime.

Now, they hope his new companion will make difference.
