Marlins' Jeffrey Loria has signed off on spending to acquire closer
If the Marlins can come to a deal to acquire free-agent closers Kenley Jansen or Aroldis Chapman, owner Jeffrey Loria has given the OK for spending whatever is necessary, a source said Tuesday.
