Muhammad Wilkerson says Jets will improve on 5-11 -- 'and that's a fact'

Speaking before a charity event Tuesday night in New York City, defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson insisted the 2017 Jets would have more wins than last season's 5-11 edition, "and that's a fact."
