Staten Island residents discuss community issues with NYPD officials

STATEN ISLAND, New York (WABC) -- Staten Island residents got the chance for some facetime with the highest ranking members of the NYPD Friday.

From falling crime rates to a rise in opioid abuse, it was a chance to get some questions and concerns answered.
