1 train service resumes for the morning commute

NEW YORK (WABC) -- On Monday, service is resuming on the 1 train as the MTA wraps up a number of weekend construction projects in time for the morning commute.

1 trains began running again at 5 a.m.

The MTA suspended service on the line for necessary maintenance work. Riders at both ends of the line were forced to take shuttle buses to and from connecting train lines.
