Prosecutors say 44-year-old John Randazzo badgered his ex with vicious phone calls and texts, which allegedly talked about how he envisioned her death.
He is also accused of threatening to file a complaint with the Internal Affairs Bureau.
Randazzo is suspended after being charged with aggravated harassment.
