Police: Truck driver leaves scene after crashing into Central Islip pharmacy

CENTRAL ISLIP -- Police are searching for the driver who crashed into a pharmacy on Long Island.

Police say a truck drove into the drug store at a strip mall in Central Islip at about 9:30 Saturday night. The person behind the wheel left the scene.

Detectives are investigating whether more than one vehicle was involved.

No injuries have been reported.
