Wall collapses at construction site and injures woman in Williamsburg

WILLIAMSBURG (WABC) -- A woman was injured when a wall collapsed at a construction site in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn just after 11am this morning.

Apparently a business that was undergoing construction had its front wall collapse onto the sidewalk on Flushing Avenue.

The woman was walking along the sidewalk when she was struck. Her injuries do not seem to be life threatening but she was taken to the hospital.

No one else is believed to have been hurt but workers are searching the debris just in case.
