EAST MEADOW, N.Y. (WABC) -- A man was arrested on Long Island Monday, suspected of DWI.
According to the Nassau County Police, at 4:45 a.m. in East Meadow, James Calabrese, 38, of Deer Park, failed to signal and failed to stay in his lane as he drive west on the Hempstead Turnpike.
Police stopped him. They found a woman in the front passenger seat and a 5-year-old in the back.
Calabrese was arrested and the vehicle was impounded. Three packets of Suboxone were recovered.
Charges against him include DWI, aggravated driving intox with a child and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Calabrese is scheduled for arraignment on Tuesday in Hempstead.
