EAST NEW YORK (WABC) -- A water main break in Brooklyn created a huge geyser right in front of a large apartment complex.
Fortunately, it did not affect water service for the Spring Creek Towers residents.
It happened at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Pennsylvania and Flatlands avenues in East New York.
Crews worked Friday evening to repair the 20-inch water main.
The MTA detoured all B82 buses through the area.
There is no word on what caused the break.
The pipe was replaced by DEP Friday night and they are repaving the road.
