Suspect arrested in Floral Park school trespassing case

FLORAL PARK (WABC) -- Police on Long Island have arrested a man in connection with a strange case of criminal trespassing.

The incident happened around 1 p.m. June 8 at Our Lady of Victory school in Floral Park. Nassau County police said a stranger came through the front doors and walked downstairs into a men's bathroom. At the time, there was a previously scheduled fire drill and the school was evacuated.

He was seen by faculty who tried to stop him, but he still managed to get away.

Investigators said Frank Fellini, 29, is charged with trespassing. Police have not said why he went into the school.
