Sandra Lee to undergo final breast cancer surgery Thursday

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Celebrity chef Sandra Lee will undergo her final surgery for breast cancer on Thursday.

Lee, who is Governor Andrew Cuomo's longtime girlfriend, announced last year that she had been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer.

She has suffered setbacks since undergoing a double mastectomy.

Lee released a statement on Facebook Tuesday saying she is hopeful to be cancer-free soon.
