FREEPORT, Long Island (WABC) -- A Long Island man is under arrest and facing charges after police say they found a variety of drugs and a large amount of cash in his residence.
Freeport police and the Long Island Heroin Task Force had reportedly been investigating 46-year-old Lamb Beckerman for quite some time before they arrested him Monday.
Officers executed a search warrant at his home on East Broadway and reportedly found cocaine, black opium, psilocybin, concentrated cannabis, LSD and an undetermined amount of US currency.
Beckerman is charged with eight counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and 14 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
