BRISTOL, Conn. (WABC) -- The boys of beloved WABC-TV reporter Lisa Colagrossi got a big surprise. Great Clips, the world's largest hair salon chain, showed up at their home with a limo to take them to meet their heroes - ESPN's Mike and Mike. In March, the boys were heartbroken when their mom, WABC-TV reporter Lisa Colagrossi, died suddenly of a brain aneurism in March. The company heard the story, and had to help.

Great Clips arranged for the limo to take Davis and Evan and their dad to watch the "Mike & Mike" show at ESPN Headquarters in Bristol, Connecticut. The boys sat in the studio during the live show. They met Mike Golic and Mike Greenberg and then toured ESPN studios.

It's all part of the Great Clips #MoreMinutes campaign. In the busy back-to- school season, the company is giving people back more minutes to enjoy activities they love. Here in the tri-state and throughout North America, Great Clips is awarding people small acts of kindness for a fun, rewarding experience.

"We at Great Clips know back-to-school is one of the busiest times for families. With a small act of kindness we want to give people simple ways they can truly take a break and enjoy something they didn't think they had time to do. We heard about these boys and wanted to give them something truly special," said Steve Hockett, President of Great Clips.

Great Clips also gave the boys back-to-school clothes so their dad would not have to stress with all the back-to-school shopping.
