Clock plaque stolen from inside Waldorf Astoria

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police in Manhattan are searching for a man who allegedly stole something from inside the Waldorf Astoria Hotel.

It happened on Tuesday, February 28th around 1:10 a.m. inside the Park Avenue hotel.

The man is accused of stealing the dedication plaque for the Waldorf Astoria Clock in the lobby.

He was with two women when he exited the premises and got into a yellow cab.
