LONG ISLAND -- We're taking a look at some of the hottest summer rentals in the Hamptons that can still be yours for a small price.
Summer is almost here and rental homes in the Hamptons are going fast as usual -- but we got an inside tour of some of the most coveted, luxurious homes on the market on Long Island's East End.
Take a private tour of three Long Island rentals (and drool):
"You basically can sit in your own living room and watch the sunrise," said Krae Van Sickle, of Saunders Real Estate.
A modern home in Montauk sits on one of the highest points of Montauk. It has a 60-foot infinity pool, seven bedrooms and eight baths, and has the added cache of being formerly rented by Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel.
They even left a note of thanks and a picture for the homeowners.
It "definitely has star power this house." And it's worth a mere $100,000 a month.
"That's actually pretty affordable for something that would give you star quality experience," said Van Sickle.
If you want something a little more country and a little more affordable, there's a quaint, newly renovated house in East Hampton.
"What would a country house be without a great country kitchen?" said Van Sickle.
It has a pool, several bedrooms and sweeping views of Montauk Bay. "You still have an open air too which is nice," he said. "So you can sit in your living room next to the fire and you still have beautiful water views."
It also has an art studio.
In Sag Harbor, this modern home offers open air and water views, and a generous kitchen and dining space. It has four bedrooms and a beach practically right outside the door with private access.
"On Wednesday nights during the summer, there's this boat race regatta, which is a really fun thing to watch," he said.
