Police hunting for group that attacked man and teen in Bronx gym

FORDHAM (WABC) -- Police are investigating after a man and a teenager were brutally attacked by a group of people.

Police believe at least nine people were involved in the attack, but say it may have been more.

Surveillance video shows some of the suspects chasing after the victims on the street.

It happened last month in the Fordham section of the Bronx.

The victims tried to escape the attack by running into a Planet Fitness gym, but the suspects followed them inside.

That's where surveillance videos caught some of the attackers throwing chairs at the victims.

The victims were sent to the hospital with head lacerations.
