QUEENSBURY, N.Y. -- A northern New York family's Make-A-Wish trip to Disney World got off to a shaky start after the limousine taking them to the airport left two adults behind at a gas station.

State police say a 26-year-old woman from Hogansburg, on the Canadian border, her 6- and 8-year-old sons and the woman's mother were headed to Albany for a flight to Florida early Monday morning when the driver pulled off the Adirondack Northway in Queensbury to get gas. The mother and grandmother got out of the limo to use the restroom.

When they returned, the limo was gone. The women contacted troopers, who pulled over the limo 30 miles south in Clifton Park. Troopers brought the two women to the limo.

Police say the driver didn't realize the women had left the vehicle. The boys slept through the incident.
