Police investigating after human remains found inside crate at Bronx marina

LOCUST POINT, Bronx (WABC) -- An investigation is underway after decomposed human remains were found Tuesday afternoon at a Bronx marina.

Police were notified after the remains were discovered inside of a crate at the Hammond Cove Marina on Reynolds Avenue in the Locust Point section.

The Medical Examiner will determine the exact cause of death.
