Woman claims 2 NYPD detectives sexually assaulted her in police van in Brooklyn

BENSONHURST, Brooklyn (WABC) -- There are disturbing allegations against two undercover NYPD detectives.

A woman claims they sexually assaulted her while she was in their police van.

According to the 18-year-old woman, the detectives drove her to a Chipotle parking lot in Bensonhurst after nabbing her during a buy-and-bust on September 15th.

She claims the officers handcuffed her and sexually abused her.

"She's handcuffed, she's 5'2", 100 lbs., she's very petite, the officers were both over 6', I don't think there's anything she could have done," said Michael David, the accuser's attorney.

The detectives and their supervisor, a sergeant, are on modified duty while the allegations are investigated.
